1) Account and Access

You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your login methods secure, including passkeys, Apple, and Google credentials.

2) Acceptable Use

Do not use the platform for malware, phishing, unauthorized access, spam, or illegal content. We may suspend access if abuse is detected.

3) Your Content

You keep ownership of your website content and data. You grant us permission to process it only to provide hosting, backups, security, and support.

4) Availability and Backups

We aim for high availability, but uptime is not guaranteed. Backups reduce risk, but you should keep your own additional copies for critical projects.

5) Billing and Plan Limits

Paid plans and limits apply according to your subscription. Non-payment or chargebacks may limit or suspend service.

6) Liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7) Changes

We may update these terms. Material updates may require renewed acceptance before you continue using the service.
